Refund policy
There are no refunds. All sales are final on all products available on this site.
An exchange may be honored if a damaged product is delivered to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If product received is damaged, there is a 7 day contact period, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to report any damage upon delivery of your product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Photos of damage will also be requested.
To report receiving damaged product, you can contact us at support@sweetsouthernkitchen.com with “Damaged Product Report” in the subject line. The reporting date must be within 7 days of receiving your product or the exchange will be denied.
If your claim is accepted, we do not cover the shipping costs on the exchanged product. The customer is responsible for this cost. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be sent directly to you by email. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as seasoning, spices, or cookbooks/recipes.
